[RESOLVED] Need help css chrome & ie issue

The dotted border works fine on Firefox. Chrome makes the dotted border shorter and IE makes the dotted border longer....

Can anyone help???

It's shorter in chrome because the sentence, "We're Ontario Volkswagen Fleet Sales - and we thank we're worth getting to know" is only 4 lines, where in the other screenshot, it's 5 lines, causing 1 version to be shorter than the other.

I actually figured it out. It is was the min-height on CSS needed to be adjusted!!
