    Question Scripting in Service Now

    Does anyone know where to begin in order to change the background color of cells in a given column based on the value in that column in service now?

    I know how to do this outside of service now, I'm just having difficulty finding where the relevant code is located in order to do this.

    errr. what is that: "service now"? What does it mean? Is it a string? The text written in that cell, or what?
