* 4+ years as a Software/Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on developing highly scalable infrastructure for high volume internet based application

* Education: MUST HAVE MS and/or PhD in computer science

* THEY WILL SPONSOR AN H1


Strong Skills in the following:

4+ years of software development experienced

Linux/Unix expertise is essential

Apache web server

Load balancing for applications run on Apache

Security controls

MySQL Database Administration

Strong Object Oriented programming skills

Strong scripting skills using shell and PHP

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to play multiple roles



Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

Experience with distributed computing using Hadoop

Load / Performance testing using Jmeter

Experience with version control using Subversion

Architect scalable infrastructure and processes

Code and maintain application along with other developers
