Flash CS4 Proffesional Book/Tutorial

I am starting to want to know and learn how to write/edit Flash. I have used Adobe After effects/Photoshop/Premiere. Now I'm venturing into Flash. I had a template made up for my website idea and my buddy who is good into the web design field told me to look into flash. I was wondering what type of book/website would be good. I keep getting answers from Google about 'Lynda's Tutorials' but I would like a book or a "help me build a website from scratch tutorial' sorry I'm asking for a lot but I know the basic principles of web design, just need help integrating flash for the full function.

Flash Actionscript comes with reference (classes etc.).
Use trial of Flash Pro CS 5.
Don't learn with CS 4 (older actionscript).

but IDE of Flash is Flash 5 Pro (eclipse plugin): Not Freeware.

Thank you for the links. I will look into them! I basically Just want a portfolio of my pictures to be displayed on my website. I have the back of a Camera as my template.. so basically navigation and then my content.
