I've no idea, podcasts would probably be easier as you could copy the pre recorded file and let different software stream each. You might be able to run multiple streams through shoutcast but you should be able to using virtual machines (or different physical machines). If you want to do it live, you would need to research or experiment how easy it is to split the mic. I would think unless you're dealing with live events or call ins you can pre record the show, which makes life easier.
Anti Linux rants are usually the result of a lack of Linux experience, while anti Windows rants are usually a result of a lot of Windows experience.
