I made the layout my self and its dark since mafia games usally have a dark theme, but ill try making it a bit brighter

The only issue is with the dull lay out.
There is a difference between dark and dull so you need to practice a lot so that your site can be one of the best site.

I love the mirror of the high life with the slums. It seems a bit small, but then again it is only a landing page. I will try to think of something that might draw people into it more and want to register.

If I see another site with scrolling for no reason, I may just have a nervous breakdown. Every time I do, I die a little inside.

Please dont make me scroll just for 1% of the page.

Definitely a dark design. I would use type instead of embedding in the image the lettering "A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITIES" The resolution of the image makes the letters look a bit faded
