cross browser scrollbar styles - not just IE

Hi
I'm using the following css to style my scroll bar in IE

   scrollbar-face-color: #ddd;
   scrollbar-arrow-color: #aaa;
   scrollbar-track-color: white;
   scrollbar-shadow-color: white;
   scrollbar-highlight-color: white;
   scrollbar-3dlight-color:  white;
   scrollbar-darkshadow-Color:  white;

What would be the simplest way to implement this style in all major browsers?

Thanks for your reply twseitex.
I understand IE and Opera are the same. What about Firefox, Chrome, Safari ect.? Do I need JQuery to style these scrollbars? If so which is the best (and simplest) cross browser plugin to use.
