Cannot print a web page !?

Hi

All of a sudden I cannot print anything from the web, which is really frustrating and annoying. Every time I click 'print' My Documents opens up and it wants to save the page as an .xts document ? If I click 'save' nothing happens and when I cancel it I get 'an unknown error occurred while printing'

The printer is working normally in every other respect e.g. It can still print documents from my computer. Any ideas as to what is going on here and how I can get it to print from the web again ?
