DIV height percentage ignored???

Hi I was wondering if you'd mind taking a look at this: http://adkm.x10.mx/grr/

Each navtab's height is set to 23% but this is being ignored - seemingly in favour of wrapping to the content of the layers.

I don't want to set the height in pixels because I want the page to be scalable for multiple screen resolutions.

I've tried researching but all I can find is how to make a layer height 100%.

The navtabs should fill the grey area vertically, but be scalable.

It's alright I sorted it. I thought again about the fact that you need to define the parent div's height. I hadn't defined #cell1's height as 100%.

I love it when a plan comes together!

in the Div tag just give the height in the style of the div tag.
