Allow US IP only - Deny all other IPs

I have bunch of messages in Error Log. I want to restrict access to our domain is only from US. Chinese are attacking us. Can this be done?

Found in less than 30 seconds w/ a search for "geolocate by ip" ...

Seems like a pretty simple solution if you just want to block China ...
