Refer this webpage .......i want the script

I want to put Refer this webpage on my website.
The features I want in it are:

a) The visitor should be able to refer to multiple friends.
b) The webmaster should be able to know who has referred and to whom.
c) The script should run on linux server.
d) It should be usable in any page of the website.It should automatically detect the webpage.
e) It should be free.

Plz Tell me of the website only if u r sure of these features.Becoz I had searched but failed to find........

That is probably your catch. If you need a script to be exactly what you want, you may have to pay someone to make it for you...

or maybe get something close and modify it but that would be me.
