E-Commerce template

Hi I'm fairly new to web design and am looking to build a site that people can upload there items to give away for free or swap .something like this site would be perfect http://www.donedeal.ie

But i don't have the time or resources to build it from scratch or resources, I was looking at E-Commerce templates but would these work for the user to upload there item and details ? please advise
