PP error link directory

Hey, ever since i think my hosting updated the PHP version i had some errors, i think it was the date thing that needed changing and this allowed the link directory to come back on but now i have this error. Does anyone know how to correct it.

No way to tell for sure without seeing the actual PHP source code, but it's usually due to something like this:

$obj =& new ClassName(); 

...which should instead be this:

$obj = new ClassName(); // no "&" following the "="
