Setting up a Website so a client can add content?

I want to be able to setup a website for a customer so they can add content, pages, whatever without my help. They have no knowledge of coding so I need to setup a control center/panel for them. How do I go about doing this?

    Thanks
    Bob

    Content Management System

There so many content management systems out there that already do this for them. The correct one depends on what the website is for. The basic ones that are out there is Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Wordpress, and Modx. I would start there as a base and work of it because it will save you a lot time.

WordPress would be the easiest for a client to use, in my opinion.
