Blank page-Google API tutorial problem

Hi I am learning how to export MySQLL data to xml,
I follow this guild from Google

There are 3 genxml codes to output xml phpsqlajax_genxml.php, phpsqlajax_genxml2.php and phpsqlajax_genxml3.php. I tried them all, but all I get is a blank web page. At first I thought it's Safari, so I tried it on FF, Google Chrome, I even tried it on Windows 7 IE9. They all came out blank, I suspect it has something to do with my host service, is there something I need to configure in the php.ini on the server? Have someone tried this tutorial with success? if so how did you get it to work?
I appreciate any help.

Try turning up you level of error reporting. Either in the ini or at the top of the script

error_reporting(E_ALL);

You should see any errors and be able to begin the debug process.

thanks for the reply, i am not sure what happened, but the day after everything worked!! may be something with the host.
