HTML comment box with password?

I want to make it so that I can post news using the comment box directly to the website. If there's something better please tell me. So I want the password lock on the comments so only I can post news.

I'm new to web design so I only know how to copy and paste codes. If it's simple enough I can edit it like <center> or <middle>.
