two options to display image

Dear all users
+ I ve 2 options: 1 month (Jan, Feb, ...)
2 year (2000, 2001,...)
display images by choosing both 2 options above
+ But I only link option (month) to display by using javascript
I don;t know to link both option to display

Please tell me way to use both option to link to images
