duplicate website onto cd?

Is it possible to duplicate a website onto a cd? The site needs to run standalone on a cd under windows. It uses PHP and Perl to create dynamic web pages and access a mySQL database. It doesn't need to create logs or do anything else that would require "writing" to the cd.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

hi, yes this possible, but very complex. The problem is that the dynamic content usually needs a web server to process the pages. I have come across software that will covert/compile your code for publishing onto CD, but i can't remember the name of it. I will try look out for it again and keep you posted.

Thanks, I did find a way to do it. There's a webserver called microweb designed specifically to run on cd. It's at www.indigostar.com. So far it's working great.
