[RESOLVED] website for icons I forget it?!

Hi,
There is website that offer a set of icons for web applications. It allows change color of the set and some fixed sizes. The website is based on flash application and the loading animation like a carrot that is filling gradually with the orange color.

I forgot this website name, so If there someone know it from the description, I will be appreciated to know.
