buttons missing in IE! (z-index problem?)

Hey everyone.

I'm working on a site ate http://www.impactgr.com.php5-20.dfw1...om/index8.html, and it's coming together well, but for some reason I cant get the buttons (inside the square window on the right) to work in IE...

I suspect it might be a z-index issue, but I'm at a bit of a loss.

Any ideas as to how I might fix this? Thanks for any tips!

Have you read NogDog's sticky thread, 'Before asking why your page doesn't work Validate' at the top? Your page does contain errors by the validation service. You should probably got those fixed first and let us know if you have problems still.

Have u tried with jQuery ?

$(document).ready(function() {
// Handler for .ready() called.
});

This have happened to me when I put button in a Menu.
