JQM: how to disable a button

Hi All

I've setup a test on jsfiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/BVLE6/3/
Its a controlgroup with two buttons (2 anchors with data-role='button')

Now I want to disable them, but its unclear how to do this. Any suggestions ?
