Looking for PHP / html / AJAX developer

I am looking for a developer to help out on web projects with web development projects for clients. We use PHP and open source such as wordpress, wordpress plugin development and magento.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and be available on Skype.

Good knowledge of the coding languages is needed, so using DIV / CSS instead of just breaking websites into tables. I am looking to find someone or a couple of good people to work with on various projects that can do some good work. I am looking for the right person who will work with our small team to complete web projects in a good quality way.

What is the compensation for the developer in equity or money?

The compensation would be payment for the work. What I need ideally is a good working relationship with a developer where we can work on projects by both quoted cost and also per hour, as both are needed really to get the best out of it.

I have used a couple of companies before with varing success. Sometimes it does not work out as I need a bit of flexability in how I work, so not everything is set in stone with reguards to a project. I really want a way of working where I can explain things to developers parts of the project and ways that it can be done etc. Not just fill in a brief everytime. But if your company can accomodate that, then I would be happy to talk.
