Photoshop is a copyrighted program. You can always run the free trial, usually once, but you have to buy it when over. Might try the GIMPShop. GIMPshop is available for many different operating systems, including Mac OS X, Windows 98+, Linux, and Solaris. Or, try these online ones:

I suggest googling youtube videos for photo editing. There are quite a few good vidoes I've found that have helped me with photoshop photo editing! Just type something like "edit photos in photoshop" or "photo enhancement with photoshop"

Another quick way if you are on the go and have your iPhone with you is to log on to YouTube and do a search for specific tutorials there. I personally learn more in short little snippets of information vs. hours of long tutorials.
