I am looking for somone that can develop a scribd..com or docstoc..com type script. The website is loadafile..com. I have been trying to figure out what I wanted to do with the site and I think I finally got it. The name is fantastic and it does what it says LOAD A FILE.

I am looking for somone that is experienced in the web design world and knows php, html, sql etc... like the back of their hand.
