How about a new forum "Mobile Web Development" in the "Client Side" group? The issues I've come up against trying to make websites look good on tablets/phones range from CSS, HTML meta tags, HTML 5, Mobile Safari issues, etc. so I think it would be useful to gather those conversations in one forum.
This is a new forum for questions and discussions related to mobile development. Since this is a Web Developer forum, primary focus should be on developing web-based or browser based applications.
