how to access old host, urgent please, want to delete files

Hi,
I changed host 2 days ago as the host did things not normal.
I am sort of in argue with my host and finally managed to find out how to enter cpanel using this:
https://servername.hostname.com:2083/frontend/x3/
now I want to enter to view my website to test the forms,
any ideas on how to enter adding my username in old host to enter my index page?

If you canceled your plan they most likely removed or suspended your account using cPanel. The URL you are using accesses the cPanel interface for users with account packages. If your login and password you used before don't work, most likely your account is gone. Good luck
