best Platform for website development.

Hi i want a website to be developed similar to http://meracareerguide.com . Im not a pro in web developement and wanted ur advice on this.. Which would be the best platform to do this? Joomla? I think it has been done in joomla itself, any idea.. Help would be greatly appreciated

joomla or drupal are the two best knows CMS so I would start looking there. The site doesn't really say offhand what was used to build it.

yes, seems to be custom coding.. most of it is done in asp.net..
