Wordpress - Need help adding URL extensions

I am developing for a client who has .php in the end of all of their URL address. So, how can I set up my Wordpress to go from: http://site.com/about to http://site.com/about.php?

You have to make a php file in order for that to work. Make a php file with the filename about.php and put that in your index folder.
