Changing Frame Image Help With Code?

Hey Guys,

I just joined the forum. I've been making websites since the age of 12 (back in 2003 or so), but I haven't touched it in a while. Lots have changed since then. I was wondering if someone can guide me to make this for my website:

The top half of the frame, where you can click the three buttons to switch images. I was wondering what this type of code is called and if someone can give me the script or point me to a site where I can get this script. Also how do you make the images change automatically every couple of seconds. It doesn't seem like it's flash.

Can I do this on Dreamweaver using HTML? Is it not HTML?

Unfortunately I cannot view that site from work however it sounds very much like a jQuery script.
