swf file not working in email clients

hi guys,

need a help..

i used php code to send a swf file embeded to gmail.
But the swf file is not working or shown when i checked the email.

Have heard that email clients do not support swf files. I tried it by putting it inside an iframe also.. still no change.

Any one knows any hint how to play swf file in email client?

If the recipient of the email does not have a flash player or receives emails in text format, no flash will be played. You also must insert the correct media code within the email's source code and very few email programs allow this. Windows Mail, Outlook Express both do. The media code is placed between the two day tags while in the Source view. You must use the full URL for media file online.

Is this in your system flash player is install??
May be your plugin is missing.
