    I need jQuery/Ajax message box

    Hi,

    Iím looking for a template or plug in for posting a comment to a page without needing a refresh. For example, if I comment on a YouTube video, the comment instantly appears beneath where I typed it, without a refresh. This is what I want to create.

    Can you please guide me in the right direction if you know?

    Thanks a lot

    This may not be exactly what you are looking for but here is a simple jQuery contact form example and tutorial.

    if you're using a form button to post the comment, use onClick attribute to call the javascript/ajax function. If its a link, you can do the same in href.

    HTML Code:
    <button type="submit" onClick="javascript:thefunction()" />
    HTML Code:
    <a href="javascript:thefunction()" />
    It updates the page content without changing the url.
