Display link title on page

Hi there

I need to display the title of a link on the page. I've tried to manipulate some code given for a rich tool tip to achieve what I want however I'm not having much luck as I'm a JavaScript noobie. Can anyone help?

first you need to get the title of the page on a particular link. for this you can use AJAX to get the HTML of the page then get the text in title tag
