Nav Item without Affecting other Nav items?

Hi Guys,

My first post here and am building the site: Manger Production

Now, I make the hovering font size bigger and different color. But when I hover items on the left, the right items will be moved to the right a bit. I think this is due to the font size and making the whole nav items on right moved?

How can I do the same effect of one nav item without affecting the other nav items?

you can give width for each <li> item as depends on text length... hope it will help full to u...
