binary upload

Hi all, im trying to make an ftp upload and i hear that the best way and the safest way was doing with binary and tru xml, is this true? Can anyone point me in the right path?

i never did nothing in xml :s or as mather of fact any upload with ftp....

It depends. Are you wanting to upload to a folder or a database record?

Hi, to a folder, i have to upload zip files up to 500mb

thanks, already knew these pages, but the upload has to be ftp due to file size...

i have a simple script but is not passing the value thru the form...
