storing color in the individual cells using cookies and visters to see the changes

Hello I hope I have posted this in the right section and I hope it hasn't been posted on another thread if so I am sorry in advance.
I have a problem with storing color in the individual cells using cookies. I would like the user to be able to edit each cell and be able to save or store it so that everyone can see the changes when visiting my website, I am using webplus x4 to make my wedsite. I have a code but it's very long so I will show the first part and the middle part. Thank you in advance.
