Dutch flag not a link?

I want the dutch flag of my website (www.eduardlid.net) at the same place as it´s now, but NOT as a link (which it´s now!). How do I do that?

At approximately line 22, change

to

<li>Dutch</li>

Also note that, adding a min-width value here...

...will greatly improve the look of the copyright if the page width is reduced.
