I am wondering how the Beta invite timer on Path of Exile website work. I never seen this before and thought it was interesting. The Random timer gathers forum members for their upcoming Beta invites. If you take a look at their main page you'll see their upcoming and past invites.

How is this accomplished?

Does this work collecting members that use a PHP forum?
