i am new to web development. i am trying to build my own portfolio website. I really want a navigation menu like this one...

So when someone clicks on the heading a drop down list forms under the heading.

I would be very grateful of any advice!

You should open the page code and study it.
Giving a fast look it seems done with lists and css.
Follow the css link and study it.

If is your first site start with something easier you could do this menu in your next job.

Odd, I'm not seeing any drop down in Chrome unless I'm missing it.
