I am developing a job site,i have the following requiremnet


Question:
For a skill if an email address already exists it must say Email address already exists for the skill



FOr Example:

SkillSet EMail

PHP email1@gmail.COM


if i try to add email1@gmail.com it must give error.

If i try to add email1@gmail.com but chose another skill it shoudl alow you.
