    Unhappy T-String Error (How do I fix?)

    Hi there i am currently getting the following error message for this line of code
    syntax error, unexpected T_STRING

    The code is:

    <span class=\"url\"> ". ereg_replace("\[","",$ads['ad_url'][$idx]) ."</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;".$ads['ad_desc'][$idx] ."</div><br>;

    Any idea on how i can fix it? Please note i am not an expert at PHP

    Would be helpful if you gave a bit more but try replacing that with:

    Code:
    '<span class="url">'. ereg_replace('\[','',$ads['ad_url'][$idx]) ."</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;'.$ads['ad_desc'][$idx] .'</div><br>';
