Is there a better name for a page I did?

Page is here: http://sheepmaster.zzl.org/order_calc.php It has a "print-friendly" view that just shows the table of products ordered (at the bottom of the screen).

I think the name "Sheep Master" is fantastic.

Oh. Well "Order Calculator" is much less exciting.

I've been trying to come up with a title that doesn't mislead people people into looking for a shopping cart button on the site, but something will say "this is something you can print out and mail."

I'd call it "Order Form". Also, why don't just have a "send" button to send it instead of requiring users to go through the extra step of email?

look into NateMail if you are not comfortable creating your own php code. Its safe, easy to setup, can have a captcha, and best of all is free. Its not hard to use and will get all those pesky webforms sent right to your main email in a snap
