Template varible & layout problem

Hello,

I have been using attached template design for my site. I have been doing my site using soho site builder ( which is online site builder ). Now I want to use a plug in to customise my template and I try to do in my template but it does not work properly.

Plug in is from above site.

I tested in my site as follows:

I wanted to put contents below the left menu using above plug in but it always goes above the menu. I put plug in variable in template as suggested from plug in but does not work.

Your help is highly appreciated.
