Hi,

I have html and css files for a website and i have recently been told to do the web design myself as i have and then leave the web development to a piece of software, i am guessing this would be a CMS like drupal??

Is that right??

If it is, i have been messing around with drupal to get it to look like my html and css but its twice as much work if not more,

as i asked above, is this the right thing to do or have i taken the advice totally wrong?

Any web developer software that take the html and css files?

Any help would be much appricated
