WebGL vs Silverlight vs Flash MoleHill

Hey guys. I'm trying to create a really Web Banner using the latest technology of 3D graphics? Which ones do you guys think is a good one to use? Please explain why? Thanks.

I think WebGL or something that doesn't require a plugin would run on more browsers (tablets, etc.) than Flash or Silverlight. I usually have Flash enabled but not Silverlight. I'd never install Silverlight just see a banner.
