    Hi cbVision!

    I have seen this one ... you know before posting I have made some googleing before as far as I know this one doesn't work OR may be I don't know how to manage it to be fonctionnal with my case. I explain:

    if I read correctly I have to PRE-define the tooltip and this is what I don't want. on the site I refer at the top I don't think they predefine each image ( with the quantity they have it's impossible.

    for a small site with maybe 10 or 20 images this script will be a winner. but in ma case I have just a bit more than 1 000 000 of images so it's an impossible task. + an average of 350 images / day will be add for the next 5 years. can you imagine the work AND the size of the file

    thanks again for your help

    this is how they use it at their site (the EIFFEL TOWER pic):

    <div style="position:relative; top:0px;">
    <a name="119623" id="119623"/>
    <div class="thb_cells thb_c1">
    <a href="http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photos-paris-eiffel-tower-image119623">
    <img id="thumb119623" src="http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumbimg_11/11155674494BAIx3.jpg" alt="image photo : Paris - Eiffel Tower" onmouseover="trailOn2('http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumblarge_11/11155674494BAIx3.jpg','PARIS - EIFFEL TOWER','','119623','Size: 2,449x3,265 pixels (8.0MP).<br>','5 credits','5','338','450',1,'http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumbimg_11/11155674494BAIx3.jpg');" onmouseout="trailOff2();"/>

    thank you for this shot.. hummmm quite interesting. just for fun I seen they put the full path for everything. so I do a small test in my side.

    here's the code

    PHP Code:
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

    script language=JavaScript src="http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/css/popup25.js"></script>

    meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

    div style="position:relative; top:0px;">
    a name="119623" id="119623"/>
    div class="thb_cells thb_c1">
    a href="http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photos-paris-eiffel-tower-image119623">
    img id="thumb119623" src="http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumbimg_11/11155674494BAIx3.jpg" alt="image photo : Paris - Eiffel Tower" onmouseover="trailOn2('http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumblarge_11/11155674494BAIx3.jpg','PARIS - EIFFEL TOWER','','119623','Size: 2,449x3,265 pixels (8.0MP).<br>','5 credits','5','338','450',1,'http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumbimg_11/11155674494BAIx3.jpg');" onmouseout="trailOff2();"/>

    in fact I just do a copy/clip of the script location and the code you put above. just to see if it's work and... I receive an error.

    1st it doesn't work ( the thmbnail image is theyre no problem but when I move the mouse over I receive an error. The error says object expected line: 16 char: 1

    what this is mean??

    thanks again for your help

    try replacing onmouseover="trailOn2( with onmouseover="trailOn( and onmouseout="trailOff2();" with onmouseout="trailOff();"

    there is another script somewhere in their code where trailOn2() and trailOff2() functions are defined. if you want to find it just open the other linked scripts and search through the text for these functions i think it won't take you long time <wink>
