Keeping menu at top of page

Hello,

I am working on a website right now and i am looking to do something very similar to this website.

keep an eye on the menu (1.0 Audience 2.0 Content, etc.) once you load the page its at the bottom of your screen, as you scroll it stays in place and when it reaches the top of the browser it stays at the top. How would one go about doing this. I have googled on how to do this but have not found what i am looking for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
