Comments box on website

Hi,
I am hoping someone can tell me what I am missing.

I have a page on my website, http://ryancoleman.com.au/contact.html
as you will see it has a comments box. Now I'm obviously missing something as when you submit your comments it doesn't send them to the email address, it opens up your mail program and has all the comments you've typed in there and then you have to send it from your email.

I think I'm missing a PHP or something like that? Excuse me if I have posted this question in the wrong section. Also let me know if you need more informaton.

You should resolve this with a PHP page.
