Struggling with terminology

Hi

I'm struggling with technical words I need to search what I'm looking for.

I want to create interactive pages for creating products, as an example, I'm using a coffee mug.

An image of a blank/white coffee is mug placed on the page, a website visitor uploads a design and the design is added to the mug. (eg Zazzle)

Can anyone please suggest some search words so I can find the software I'm looking for - or maybe someone knows the software?

I not think there is a special name for a script that does what you need.
From what i understand, you need an "Ajax upload image" script that returns in the page the SRC address of the uploaded image. Than, a javascript function replace the SRC of the image in the mug with the returned address.
That is the ideea if someone wants to create that script or he/she knows about such a script, maybe in the jQuery plugins.
