Content breaking out of div tag

    Hi All,

I have a form where someone can click on add license or employer, and a hidden div tag will display with additional fields. The problem is that when the hidden fields are exposed, it's breaking out of the current div tag and going through the footer (image attached).

I tried setting the overflow property to the container but that does nothing.

    Any ideas?

What's breaking out is the input text box/checkbox labeled "Other" correct? Are you simply trying to have the content in he footer be forced down when said inputs are visible?

When a user clicks on the add license add employer button on the from, a new grey section will appear for them to fill out.

Yes, I want to force the footer down is the hidden div tags appear.

Hmm... maybe try putting an "NBSP" in your "clear" div?

    HTML Code:
    <div class="clear">&nbsp;</div>
