    Beginner Help!

Basically I am making a simple game which contains 4 by 4 squares all red, when the user clicks on one of the squares it prompts a question from the questions array, and a function is used to check the correct answer and to give the player 1 point and to deduct a life if they answer incorrect.

How would I set out the HTML form so that I can display the players score and the players remaining lives?!

if the game goes at the same page and no any data is submitted to somewhere you do not need a form - you can display the score and the players remaining lives in div elements. forms are used for sending data.
